Nowadays many companies jump directly into specific
areas of wellbeing, e.g. mental health interventions.
However, that might not be for everyone.
We need to meet people where they are and
show them all areas of wellbeing.

Hands on tools to connect learnings back to the organisational context and apply them during daily work;
