Wellbeing Designers Newsletter
Designing a wellbeing culture via Strategic Wellbeing Education for Human-Centric Organisations and Leaders
Hi Wellbeing Designers
This is the autumn edition for September - October 2024 of the Wellbeing Designers bi-monthly newsletter. We can't believe that it's only 2 months left from this year, can you?
We have a very busy November ahead of us but before we jump into all the exciting workshops and keynotes, we would like to share with you what kept us busy in the past two months.
Podcast Updates
Besides the events and new podcast episodes, we kicked off the Wellbeing Leadership Mastery journey with a diverse group of HR and business leaders. What I personally learned from them is that there is very rarely "business as usual" in a life of a company and its employees in today's continuously changing world. Transformations, restructurings, bad financial results are happening and if things are going well on the business side, we might face challenges on the personal side. Does this mean that they don't have time for wellbeing? Not at all... the opposite! These leaders instead of embracing the mindset of "there is never a good time", they embraced the mindset of "we make time for it as it is a long term investment".
The Sustainability VP of a company recently shared that they are asked by the investors about health of the employees just as much as about environmental sustainability.
People sustainability. Wellbeing. Sustainable businesses.
Warm regards,
Reka Deak
Founder/CEO of Wellbeing Designers

Wellbeing Leadership Mastery Kicked Off!
This September we kicked off the Wellbeing Leadership Mastery journey with a diverse group of 6 HR and Business Leaders from 3 parts of the world. They're on an exciting 5-month journey enhancing their skills to design wellbeing cultures in their organisations.
Our main focus is on systemic / organisational wellbeing, however, there is also a mini individual wellbeing journey built into the journey. Beyond the live group sessions with structured learning material, an online learning portal, 1:1 coaching - advisory sessions, fireside chats are integral part of the WLM journey.
