Designing a wellbeing culture via Strategic Wellbeing Education for Human-Centric Organisations and Leaders

Hi Wellbeing Designers,

What happened in September?

After the summer holidays my focus has been on re-connecting with wellbeing leaders as well as community members (yes, even if we don't have a formalised community, there is a real growing community of Wellbeing Designers out there;) and see how we could support their organisations the best focusing already on 2024.

🚀 It has been amazing to see how the number of listener of the Wellbeing Designers Podcast is steadily growing. Every time I open the analytics after publishing a new episode, the chart goes higher, meaning each new episode has a higher number of listeners than the previous one. An expert told me that this is what you wanna see when you are a podcast producer!
Leading countries where most listeners are from: Switzerland, Hungary, UK, US and the rest is from Germany, the Netherlands, Sweden, Spain, Canada and Denmark! We are truly global:)

🫶 One highlight of my month was attending the Swiss IDG Hub event in Basel. They represent the Swiss community of the global Inner Development Goals. I shared more about the event and the initiative here, worth checking it out. The mindset is very much aligned with what we stand for with our holistic wellbeing approach.

🌱 Another highlight has been to read more and more about "people sustainability" and "human sustainability" form thought leaders (see some links in the reading section below). There is so much good energy out there in the world to make change happen which does not only support organisations to become more human-centric but also contributes to a positive future for all humans and the planet. This is WELLBEING!

Wishing you a good day,

Reka
Founder of Wellbeing Designers

Voices from the Wellbeing Designers Community

The very Wellbeing Designers Community insight blog post was written by the amazing Becca Smith. She was in the audience and listened to the Wellbeing Designers panel discussion on the Wellbeing at Work Summit in Zurich back in May this year.

Insights into our work

Keynotes and inspirational workshops are on the rise! I consider this as a sign that we need to start at the beginning, working with the leaders and show them how investing into employee wellbeing has a positive impact on business growth and profit!
Our goal is still to embark companies into the wellbeing learning journey of the Wellbeing Academy. That would give the chance to scale the Wellbeing Culture and a new sustainable mindset in the whole organisation. However, we understand that this requires some preparation in many organisations.

If you or your organisation needs inspiration and support on your Wellbeing Culture Journey, we are here!

Where to meet us

The very next opportunity to connect with us in person will be at the Health and Mind Festival in Bregenz, Austria 18 October this month. Ani and Reka will attend the event. Reka will give a talk about how to measure employee wellbeing in organisations. We are looking forward to meeting some of you there! Of course we will share our experience in the October newsletter for the ones who could not join.

In November events in Hungary 🇭🇺, in the Netherlands 🇳🇱 and in Switzerland 🇨🇭 are on our list. More to share in our next newsletter.
